What we want!Reporting to the managing director, your primary responsibility will be as the lead developer on a number of prestigious and quick-turnaround projects – lots of engaging viral and online ads (as well as more-involved, high-end projects).
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Flash developer with 2-4 years post-graduate experience. Someone with proven experience of providing cutting-edge creative ideas with expert Actionscript skills.
You'll also have Knowledge of video and audio formats and an understanding of server-side technologies. Most of all you’ll be excited about working on exciting projects for companies such as the The Sun, BBC, Times Online, Channel 4, Eddie Izzard, etc.
We have a fun, mentally-stimulating and creative environment in central London, filled with many other highly-skilled individuals with world-class web skills. You will also help develop the skills of other staff and create amazing visuals and code for high-profile web sites and campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities
Hands-on Flash coding in line with strict coding standards (often to tight deadlines)
Client liaison and delivery of projects.
Work closely with the creative director to ensure the high standard of development expected.
Help define and communicate future development methodologies.
Mentoring and guidance for the other members of the team.
