THE ROLE:We are looking for a full-time creative designer to join our expanding team. You will be responding to client briefs through concept creation and Photoshop visualisation of your ideas under the direction of the Creative Partner. You will need to draw upon your knowledge of the latest web technologies and how they can enhance creative concepts to make your designs stand out.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take briefs from the Creative Partner
- Contribute to brainstorming and idea generation sessions
- Conceptualise solutions based on your understanding of the brief and any additional thinking the team have created
- Take ideas and visualise them to a high standard in Photoshop for presentation to clients
- Collaborate with others in the Creative & Technology teams
- Research and suggest new technologies or design thinking into the agency
YOU'LL NEED:
You are creative, displaying self discipline and a passion for your work. You are quick, accurate and a problem solver. You have excellent design skills and are committed to providing high quality solutions for internal and client projects. You are able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the new media industry including peers and their work.
In addition you must have:
- A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills in digital design
- Excellent skills in Adobe applications (primarily Photoshop)
- Lots of ideas to bring to the team
- A willingness to learn!
GOOD TO HAVE:
- The ability to use Flash to create simple animations
- Experience of working in 3D packages
