Details

Clients are increasingly seeking guidance and direction on digital strategy and experience from Conchango, based on deep expertise, insight and analysis.

The Experience Planner is pivotal in determining what a client’s digital presence and behaviour should be, based on a balanced appreciation of business requirements, brand management and user expectations and needs. From new business, live projects and account development, the Experience Planner uses tools and techniques to provide a range of services including:

• Trend spotting, ensuring we collectively have visibility and appreciation of changes in behaviour, strategies and technologies (e.g. social software)
• Landscape benchmarking – competitors and indirect influencers
• Auditing – client side inquisition
• Strategic planning – road mapping digital experience
• Concepting – the big ideas and the magic details
• Optimisation recommendations (through usability testing and data analytics)
• Validation of creative work – technically, strategically and commercially

Your role

You will be required to work across multiple accounts simultaneously and provide some or all of the services outlined above into new business process and programmes of live work. Of course, you may have varying degrees of confidence and experience across this range and this challenge will be managed across the planning team – by providing senior support, training, recruitment and knowledge sharing.

You will need to work very closely with the clients and our design team, as essentially you are the conduit through which ‘planning’ flows – to and from clients.

You will engage at the very beginning of the creative process and maintain an input throughout a programme of work – in a sense, you are quality assuring our solutions from a client and user perspective

You will need to plan and facilitate workshops – both internally and with clients – as we progress the creative process
