Clients are increasingly seeking guidance and direction on digital strategy and experience from Conchango, based on deep expertise, insight and analysis. As part of this, it is essential to be able to measure how these strategies are performing on an ongoing basis, and what Return On Investment they are providing the business as a whole.
The Measurement Analyst is crucial in determining digital strategy for clients, and in establishing how it can be proven to be successful. From new business, live projects and account development, the Measurement Analyst uses tools and techniques to provide a range of services including:
•Measurement Planning, ensuring that the business benefits of anything we provide for clients can be measured and managed on an ongoing basis
•Business Case Development, establishing what the key drivers are behind a business, how digital operations can deliver on these and what the key metrics should be
•Measurement Reporting and Reporting Dashboard Development
•Optimisation recommendations (through usability testing and data analytics)
•Segmentation Analysis, looking at ways to segment audiences and communicate to them through digital channels
•Trend spotting, looking for correlations or relationships between performance factors, outcomes or measures
•Auditing – client side inquisition
•Strategic planning – prioritising strategies and recommendations based on ROI calculations
•Landscape benchmarking – competitors and indirect influencers
•Validation of business cases– strategically and commercially
•Validation of design work to ensure that it is likely to achieve the agreed business case and related benefits and ROI
Your Role
You will be required to work across multiple accounts simultaneously and provide some or all of the services outlined above into new business process and programmes of live work. You will have extensive experience of a full range of Measurement methods, including, but not limited to:
•Web Analytics
•Attitudinal Surveys
•Social Media Tracking
•Financial Modelling Techniques
•Segmentation and Statistical Analysis (SPSS, SAS, etc)
•Web 2.0 Measurement Techniques
You will need to work very closely with the clients and our design team, as essentially you are the conduit through which ROI understanding and reporting will flow.
You will engage at the very beginning of the creative process and maintain an input throughout a programme of work – in a sense; you are quality assuring our solutions from a client and business benefit perspective.
You will need to plan and facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews – both internally and with clients – as we progress the business cases and measurement planning work.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
In depth digital agency or consultancy experience including digital measurement and/or reporting and business case development.
You must be a digital native who eats, sleeps and breathes the digital landscape.
