Main duties:
• To make great Flash games that children (and young adults) love
• To support the sales team by brainstorming game concepts
• To help us win even more awards (4T2 were the NMA Effectiveness Awards Game Winners for 2008)
Essential criteria:
• A portfolio of high standard Flash games
Desirable criteria:
• Experience programming in PHP and MySQL in a Linux/Apache environment
• A clear understanding on how to seed viral games
• Experience working with organisations or on projects where children are a key target audience
