User Vision is a consultancy dedicated to improving the user experience of your website, software or product. Our consulting and training services help clients gain the competitive advantage of superior ease of use. Our motto is "focusing on the user experience" because no matter how good the e-commerce business idea, if users cannot use the website as intended, the business will suffer. More satisfied customers, increased sales, and faster site development are only some of the reasons to focus on the user experience.
User Vision has a fixed as well as a portable usability lab that allows our clients to benefit from high quality usability testing at their own office or our own testing facilities. This is a great advantage for those developing software or web sites that are only available on local networks. Our own usability labs have observation studios for up to 8 people, as well as a focus group room for 14 respondents with observation for 10, and remote viewing of the sessions over the internet. We have our own non-intrusive eyetracking facilities and a team of highly experienced consultants.
